Foundation Workshop, Inc. (FWI) operates within ethical guidelines and adheres to marketing practices that are standard to the competitive business community. We make the following commitments to our customers:
FWI will comply with bidding regulations established by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor at prevailing wage rates. Materials, transportation, and mark-ups to cover overhead and profit will
be assessed fairly.
Representatives of FWI will fairly and accurately represent FWI capabilities to individual customers and the community at large.
FWI will follow through on negotiated contracts or agreements to the best of its ability, providing quality work, on-time delivery schedules, and at an agreed upon price.
If problems arise in completing contracts, FWI will immediately notify customers and attempt to work out mutually satisfactory arrangements.
FWI representatives will respond fairly and timely to any customer complaint of product or service.
FWI representatives will not accept or offer gifts, in-kind services, or gratuities for the purpose of undo influence in business decisions.
FWI will maintain customer confidentiality in areas of bids, negotiations, agreements, product content, and other areas as requested by the customer.
We further commit to operate with full integrity and honesty in all dealings with the business community and the community at large.
